This may be a good place to go on a weekday date. Avoid visiting on weekends or you may end up waiting in line. The area itself is quite large but people tend to stay a bit longer at the second floor. They have plenty of resting areas in some rooms should you get tired of walking.

Always have a love for the arts........... But, this museum is a MUST SEE if you ever are here in the Philippines! And, just when you think you're done, nope! I will share, but I didn't even finish the tour. Sorry! But, I have some eye candy.............

Must visit. The place is packed with beautiful art pieces. Entrance is free when we went. You just need to present an ID. You will enjoy viewing even if you're not an art lover. You will also learn about our culture and different kinds of art forms just by visiting the place.

Beautiful art pieces. Aside from the Spolariim, we also enjoyed the Amorsolo paintings especially his unfinished work. The sculpture of Abueva wowed us too. There are also paintings that showed man’s depravity in the time of war. Depressing but insightful. Hope we learn from the lessons of history. I’m no expert in art but art that give some semblance to the creativity and majestic work of the Creator is a treasure to behold.

Very nice and creepy at the same time. I didn't expected it to be very big inside. U may need a map because it's easy to lose your orientation with all of the different rooms inside. Interesting fact: the building itself was the old legislative building and I didn't knew it until I got there.
