3 months agoIt’s nice locals feel to it as many that exercise, picnics etc. Water fountain is cool but only saw it during the day but saw of pictures of night when lights are in play and looks quite good. Free entrance, lots of food stalls in certain section and cool breeze off the fountain. Nice flowers and garden if you closely!

4 months agoA very historical place. We went here in the afternoon so it was so hot!! We just went to take one or two photos. But seeing this makes us happy. This is my first time looking at this place closely so a little sweat is okay for us just to see it.

5 months agoIt is a park which has monument in the middle of the park, and a very huge Philippines flag in front of the monument (next to the street). The place is very clean from garbage, and there is strict restriction not to smoke or vaping at this area. When we explore further there is a park with statues that describe the situation of the execution of the ignitor of liberation of Philippines (Dr. Jose Rizal which is an optician according to the guide pardon if i wrong). If we go there in the day, i prefer to wear a hat or bring an umbrella for the women and children because the sun is quite strong in the open area.

4 months agoWhen I was a kid 40 decades ago... I didn't stop whinning to my mom until they bring me to Luneta and see Rizal monument even when we were only from the distance on the car. Now, I appreciate this place much better than ever... esp the history whynit's standing here.
