Room: 3/5 (Premier Room) Amenity: 5/5 Food: Not Tried Service: 5/5 The hotel's lobby and amenities truly exude a 5-star feel, with an elegant and luxurious ambiance. However, the experience took a downturn upon entering the Premier Room. The room felt more aligned with a 3-star standard due to outdated furniture, carpets, and lighting. Lampshades and bedsheets had noticeable stains, which was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. That said, the bathroom was a standout feature, with its lovely marble flooring and walls adding a touch of sophistication. While it remains a good option given its relatively affordable price for a 5-star property in Makati, the inconsistency between the common areas and the rooms left much to be desired. Personally, I wouldn’t book here again, but it might still appeal to those prioritizing budget over room aesthetics.

My stay at New World Makati Hotel was a great experience overall! The food and customer service were exceptional, with the staff always friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the really hot showers, which were incredibly relaxing after long days of exploring. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a 24-hour restaurant and room service, making it convenient no matter what time you need a meal. The massage spa stays open until midnight, and the option to have a massage in your room was a luxurious touch. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, avoiding the closed-in feel that some hotels have. While it didn’t quite feel like a 5-star hotel, it was still a very nice and comfortable stay. The only minor downside was the beds being on the stiff side, but that didn’t detract much from the overall experience. I would recommend New World Makati Hotel for its excellent location, great service, and convenient amenities—it made my trip to Makati all the more enjoyable!

The New World Makati Hotel offers a fantastic location, steps away from Greenbelt 3, with easy access to salons and museums. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. While the food menu could use some variety (the buffet was repetitive), the location and service make it a great choice.

There's one thing I don't like about new world. It's there security. They have a DISCRIMINATION on whose bag to check. And it had happened few times not only with me and my partner also few of our friends who checked in at this hotel many times. They base according to what you wear and what you look like. They will check if you're wearing slippers, shorts or normal shirt but when we tried to wear fancy looking clothes they did not even bother asking us about our bags to be checked they just let us in right away. We tried and tests it few times and it was consistently like that. It's disappointing and it's this one thing we are not happy about.

The check in went by smoothly. Please know that you will be asked to deposit Php3,000/- each night stay. It will be returned at check out. Many thanks to Carlo at front desk for being accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was also decent. Quite a variety of food although busy. The rooms were dated however the beds was the highlight of the room. The pillows were perfect and beds were very comfortable. Extra bed was Php1,229/ per night. Everything was clean even if the sofa was worn down. The shower water pressure was decent though the drainage could be better. Overall happy with the location as it is across greenbelt/ landmark/ glorietta. they allowed grab to deliver until lobby then you’d have to go down to collect your food.
