a month agoI highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful, efficient. Bed was comfortable, water pressure adequate. The buffet had an extensive array of dishes that could be pared down to perhaps enhance the quality and palatability of the food. I sampled a few dishes and was quite happy with them. Hotel is centrally located but quiet despite the activity outside.

a month agoThe Good Centrally located with lots of malls and restaurants around - basic amenities all there Areas of improvement - had a bed bug and told front desk who didn’t seem to care - called for bell boy to help with luggage for check out. Despite calling 4 times, no one came until we went downstairs to ask them to go up - bathrobes were all made for people who are super skinny!!! Basically service was low.

a month agoThe place is very nice especially at night time but the service is not that good especially on the breakfast buffet since they cleared our table even if we are still not yet done eating. The rooms are nice with a nice view, but this is all powered by RFID even the elevator so you can't really go to other floors except your floor, 6th floor (where the pool is located) and the ground floor so it is hassle for people with companions with only 1 card.

2 months agoI had a wonderful experience at Novotel Araneta! I’m super satisfied with my stay. The hotel is very kid-friendly, which makes our trip even more enjoyable. My kid had a great time with the activities available. The food was delicious and had a great variety to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel for families! I'm looking forward to coming back again.

a month agoI stayed in the hotel for business last time and this time for a quick getaway for the concert just besides the hotel (there are two concert hall within 5 mins walk from The hotel). The stay is solid. I did the spa just like last time, and the location is so great which is close to a lot of places for shopping and food. The breakfast has a lot of choice too. All in all, I would definitely stay there next time.
