Novotel Manila Araneta City

The rooms are great. But room variety for families is limited. If there are conferences or meets in the hotel, or concerts at the Coliseum, expect an elevator traffic that can be frustrating at times--especially if you're at the hotel for a longer stay. BUT you are literally surrounded by restaurants, malls, and private/public services you'll ever need. So it's a great location to wind down and get familiar with Manila.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Manila Araneta City and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating for its exceptional service, fantastic location, and wonderful amenities. What I loved: Location: Situated right in the heart of the Araneta City, it was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Everything was within easy reach! The Room: My room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea making facilities. The Staff: Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service at breakfast. The Food: The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I also enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The Amenities: The hotel has a great range of amenities, including a pool, gym, and spa. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a busy day of exploring the city. What to improve: Gym rooms should be bigger with more facilities. The service of restaurant staff and cooking should be faster. We wait for almost an hour for certain orders.

2nd stay here, happy with the service so far. Rooms are nice and clean, has everything I need. Love the switch to environmental-friendly water and coffee. Only thing that could get better is food? Steak wasn't well-seared on the outside but the inside was cooked to my liking (medium rare). The staff are really polite and accommodating. The in room aromatherapy was really nice too. Overall a pleasant experience

The experience was good. I am a wheelchair user and it's nice that I got an accessible room for persons with disabilities. I only have one concern though, you do not have an available commode with wheels that can be used in the toilet and shower. One more thing, the grab bar in the toilet is not movable, something that can be moved upwards.

We recently stayed at this hotel and loved how conveniently located it was, just a short walk from shops and a mall—ideal for family outings. We added on breakfast during our stay, and it was definitely worth it. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. The room felt deluxe, very clean, and the toiletries provided were a nice touch—they smelled so fresh! The staff at reception were also very accommodating and always ready to help with any request. The hotel amenities were excellent, especially the pool and playground, which were a hit with the kids. However, I do think the staff at the pool could improve by being a bit more friendly and smiling more. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and convenient spot!
