I’ve never experienced a worse check in. No one helped with our many bags. When I asked that we be checked in the front desk lady then asked me what my room number was. I have no idea because I haven’t checked in yet. I then ask for the wifi so I can show her my booking and she tells me there is none… so I am unable to show her anything. Not once did she offer to check our booking while sitting in front of a computer …We then had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes for someone else to come for whatever reason. Not once did we feel welcomed in the slightest or were offered literally anything in the mean time. I was told about the early check in fee prior and said it was okay. and when i asked if that could be taken away for the way we've been treated they said no. On top of that it is a cash onky payment as they don't have any visa or card machines apparently. I know this is a cheaper hotel but I’ve stayed in Super 8's with better service and quality rooms. there are literal cardboard board boxes in our room as if they put us in a storage room. The website is a total scam I wish I could rate this a 0 star.

Foul smelling, room no water to drink no coffee but they have coffee pot and rice cooker. Tv broken intercom system no phone. This place is a total scan they have no computers! I don't see how they know who you are. noisy construction. No ac in building just rooms! The location is awesome!!!! The service is horrible!!!! They will give you no information about the property. The bathroom smells putrid! They leave wet rags on the balcony. My room certainly was not prepared.

This is a very good place to stay when you need to wait for your next flight the next day. Very near to the airport terminal 3. Very accessible to nearby places. Very clean, staff’s are helpful. The host of the room that I booked were very helpful, friendly and their room is clean, neat, arranged well and very responsive for questions. Overall I had a great stay

1.5 Stars Terrible service. They sent me all over looking for a key to the room, that didn't even exist. I even had to go to the basement and dig through someone's mailbox full of wet trash. There was a wet bag full of old keys. It took them 30 minutes to figure out how to get in my room. Room STINKS! Some funky smell. AC remote has no batteries. Stains on the couch. Dirty and dingy Dirty wet rag left on the counter. Open medicine left out Not quiet. I can hear everything on the street AVOID booking here!

Very typical Agoda booking experience - Rooms not always maintained by owners, but staff kindness and location (and VALUE) overcome those issues.
