One Palm Tree Villas by HnM

This is a very good place to stay when you need to wait for your next flight the next day. Very near to the airport terminal 3. Very accessible to nearby places. Very clean, staff’s are helpful. The host of the room that I booked were very helpful, friendly and their room is clean, neat, arranged well and very responsive for questions. Overall I had a great stay

Location excellent, walking distance to terminal 3. Nice area, not that far from mall. Traffic is horrendous if trying to enter airport by car, glad didn't need to. Great place to rest before flight (or after)

别住，没热水/拖鞋/抽纸/牙刷牙膏/水，不是酒店别被骗。 Better not stay here, it is not a hotel at all. I tried to connect to the manager/stuff of the hotel, but no one answer me via the phone call! And there was (1). No slippers (2). No toothpaste and toothbrush (3). No paper tissue (4). No bottles of water in my room??? Finally the manager replied to me after 1 hour. The most critical thing was that there was no hot water in shower. Ask the manger but he/she said they will only be available to help at 9:00AMM next day… so disappointed that Manila is too hot and it will kill me if I cannot take a shower. Cannot believe this at all! It is a scam!

The rooms have been very clean. And the locations is great, being able to walk from the airport. Check in process has not been bad. Just checking with the guard. This is our third stay at this location. The first two times the door was open for us. This last time we had to go to the mailroom for the key. But overall this has been a great place to stay.

This is a good place but NOT RECOMMENDED! 1. It took them 1 hour just to give us the room key. 2.they only have one receptionist and not on the lobby area most of the time. 3. They will waste you time
