3 weeks agoDefinitely not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. Room looks run down and old. Bathroom is definitely not 5 star. Toilet paper holder stopper was broken and keeps on falling down the floor. The carpet on the hallways are old and looks Dirty. Lobby though looks grand and classy but the room is disappointing. Looks better on the photos online than what it actually looks like. Won’t be coming back to this hotel.

a month agoSeda Vertis North is situated in an excellent location, conveniently close to a variety of establishments, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The staff were cheerful, welcoming, and consistently friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. The room was well-designed, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we look forward to coming back again.

a week agoNew Year always brings the best and the bad in your hotel! Most often the bad side appears every now and then. In this situation we are expecting the front office to be good in handling big volume of check in clients. The accomodation were processed at the 23rd floor as we made a resevervation for a primiere room and club member room. Waiting for almost 3 hours, the premiere room can now be occupied but the other room was not available yet. We waited patiently. Finally we were informed our room availability and proceeded there. But to our surprise we were still given a wrong room! To be fair we reported it right away and after another wait of 30 minutes at last, we transferred to a room that fits our reservation. We were assisted by a room boy to be transferred to our designated room. We observed however that a very loud music was coming in from the adjacent hotel because of the New Year countdown show. Given this situation we just accepted it! We cannot bear another problematic situation. And this might be the last available option of the hotel to correct their error! Availability of rooms could be problematic! Its New Year! Sleep or no sleep we just move on. We thought that was the hardest part. Following day. Breakfast. We went to the dining place and requested to be seated for 10 person with a 2 year old grand daughter. We told their staff that my daughter and her children will just follow as they were having a hard time in the availability of elevator going down. The staff told us they will accomodate our request and reserve the remaining seats and hold it for just 15 minutes. We agreed. But to our surprise just following us is another family of 4. It did not take 15 minutes! They gave them the table that is supposedly for my daughter and her kids even though we argued that it was already reserved. True enough when my daughter and kids arrived the persons sitting were not moving out. Instead my daughter were given a table farther from us. We appealed courteously to the other family but still they wont move. So for us it was an error on the service of the staff. We let them handle the situation. It was not a good moment but after a tense 30 minutes the matter was resolved as the other family finally moved to another table upon the prodding of the supervisor of the staffs. Kudos to him. Communication between the personnel was not evidently present. Confusion among the employees prevailed hence the situation. This could happen to others too but this is avoidable if the personnel were properly trained and attentive. Well, still a Happy New Year eventually!

a month agoI am fortunate to experience Seda Hotel. The rooms are cozy and warm. I love the lunch, a combination of healthy and delicious. I love the buffet breakfast and dinner. So sumptuous💛

3 months agoStayed for one night for a company event and I don't know how much the stay costed. Disregarding the possibly expensive price, I had a nice, uneventful night. The gym was pretty much empty, though some of the equipment were out of service. The breakfast buffet was crowded past 7am, but everything I tried was delicious. All of the staff were friendly and courteous.
