Seda Vertis North Quezon City

Our stay was very disappointing because it wasn't like the quality or cleanliness as stated in the reviews. Particularly in the cleanliness aspect. I was hoping that the rooms will be spotless, considering the competition in the area (more hotels, even a new casino across). Please keep up the standards as not to disappoint your customer base. The staff are very professional but the quality of service and cleanliness needs to be improved.

Great place for a staycation. Service was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was great but would be better if there are more options and if there's someone always manning the egg station. The friendly staff made up for everything though. The hotel is conveniently connected to the mall (Vertis North) via their parking lot so you don't have to go outside. The swimming pool is great and not crowded. Wifi is also great and allowed us to work near the pool area. We'll definitely come back here if we need a place to stay in QC.

We recently visited the Seda Vertis North Club Lounge on the 23rd floor and were blown away by the top-notch customer service provided by Ralph and the staff. They were friendly and accommodating and truly made us feel like VIPs (thank you so much). The ambiance was peaceful, the food was delicious, and the wine selection was impressive. My auntie and I had a wonderful time and will be returning. I highly recommend it!

100/10 because of the location, sizes of room Fits its price. The rooms were clean the bathroom was clean and eco friendly. Theyre practicng eco sustainability which is good ! Wifi was fast. Very good location beside solaire and vertis north. They also serve good delish breakfast at Misto and they have established a system for breakfast crowd which is commendable they set up two buffet areas during the weekends! The gym was complete and beside it is the pool !:) wanted to comment on the Friendly staff especially sir gil and marcos but over all the staff guards houskeeping were all friendly and nice! Over all experienced staying at Seda Vertis North was phenomenal, the service of Bren ( I believed he’s the manager) at the breakfast Buffet was superior he was very welcoming and very attentive and our coffee and tea served so quick, Thank you so much to Bren. I just noticed in our 3rd,4th and 5th night of stay our towels are rough to skin not soft, fluffy and white like the first and 2nd night. I wanted to ask for a towel change but I don’t want them to think that we’re a difficult guest. And we will definitely stay here again.
