Excellent Korean themed ONSEN and Spa place in Makati City. Very well organized, helpful and accomodating staff. I love their different hot baths with herbal infusions like Green Tea, Ginseng and Cold Pool. Sauna and Steam Room are also there. Lots of shower rooms, but the floors a bit slippery, and since everyone is bare foot, this is a concern for me. Customers can stay and use amenities for maximum 12 hours, so a good hideaway. Operates 24 hours. Accepts cash only.

This place is very relaxing. We only got the 3 hours package as we don't have much time. We will try next time the 12 hour stay. But we enjoyed the massage.

Dear La Sema Spa Makati, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience at your establishment. I visited the New La Sema Spa Makati this day around 9:41 am with high expectations for a pleasant and relaxing time. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to a significant hygiene issue. Despite the friendly staff and seemingly good food, I encountered two cockroaches on my food tray. This incident was utterly revolting and unacceptable, given the importance of maintaining high hygiene standards. As someone who is very keen on cleanliness, this experience completely ruined my appetite and any chance of relaxation. I was so put off that I couldn't stay for the rest of my allotted time and had to leave the building immediately. I believe this matter needs urgent attention to prevent future occurrences and to maintain the reputation of your establishment. Great value, kind staff and well maintained facilities. I just don’t appreciate that they don’t initiate to schedule my massage at the last hour of my 3 hour bath sauna massage package. I can easily request it though. I recommend

experience: Very legit Onsen experience. Upon entering the building, you will be asked to wear their provided slippers and their provided clothing. You can ask them to make your Korean Lamb Head Towel for a more authentic feel just like the Kdramas. Package: we availed the 12 hr stay (Jjimjilbang package) and availed 2 hr massage. The massage here was different from the usual spa that we experience - very unique and definitely relaxing. Amenities: it is quite small and may get crowded on a weekend. Thankfully, we went here on a weekday - 3pm and went home at around 9pm. We really didnt maximize the 12 hrs :) parking is a little difficult and limited. They have the sleeping quarters however it is a little hot during the afternoon. Im not sure if they adjust the aircon. Food: they offer ramen, egg, etc. for a more authentic Korean vibe experience. A little pricey i think. Mode of payment: as i remember, they only accept cash payment.
