I don’t usually leave a review but this time, it’s a must! This place satisfies me, from VIP room to common facilities. It was a nice day. The place is so clean and the ambiance is so relaxing. I’m very impressed with the massage, it was very professional, they deserve the tip. The staff are very nice. Highly recommended!❤️

Our favorite place to unwind and relax! Their VIP couple package is a MUST TRY! You will have your own private room for 2hrs wherein you could enjoy jacuzzi for an hour + full massage for an hour! Not to mention the Jjimjilbang experience — my favorite was the salt and oak room. Super relaxing, then go straight to ice room afterwards THE BEST! If you have the budget and means go for the VIP couple package it cost us around ₱6,500 for the both of us na yun and an overall experience already. We felt like a VIP talaga! ❤️

Had a nice relaxing experience. Amazing value for your money. I paid 888 PHP cash on a weekday for one person for 12 hour use of the entire facility. They give you a band to put around your wrist with a key for the locker. Then you go into the locker room and change and shower and go into the onsens. They have ginseng, green tea, lemon, roobios, and another one I forgot and an ice bath. The ice bath was surprisingly relaxing. On the middle floor, there is a common area with food and TV and kiln rooms. The ice room was the nicest. On the upper floor, the sleeping room was filled with long recliners and very comfortable.

We were very impressed with our massage therapist in Lasema. We went on a Saturday night where there are a lot of people. The pool area has a bit of people while the Jjimjilbang have few people using it. We got to enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, the sleeping area was too full, and the shikhae was sold out. The only thing that was off in our experience was the reception area. We almost went somewhere else due to the ladies being unprofessional. They are not organized and unable to communicate with the customer properly. Especially to the foreigners. They made the mistake by deleting the gcash payment picture, and they were unable to explain it to guest properly. The inside staff were different, and all of them worked and communicated well. Such a letdown for the reception area in which customer first impression starts. Special mention to the lady in the locker room tonight. Very helpful and kind. 👏👏👏
