7 months agoMy family and I really enjoyed our overnight stay. We got a free upgrade where we were able to access the executive lounge. Food was awesome as always. The amenities could use some upgrading but no major issues since they were still top notch. Service was excellent and the staff are all friendly. We also brought our dog (need to pay pet fee) which made our stay even better. Thanks Sofitel!

The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The dining options were superb, with a diverse array of cuisines at the Spiral buffet, ensuring a delightful culinary journey. The hotel’s amenities, including the beautiful lagoon-style pool and the world-class spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to cultural landmarks and shopping centers.

8 months agoGreat people, good selection of food, good location with decent amenities. The place looks well maintained and the staffs are easy to talk to. Thanks to Ate Min for receiving us and Ate Crystal for helping out during breakfast. And to the others that made our stay great. If there’s something to be improved, it has to be the elevators and the Infrastructure. Some places looked quite old thus it looked like it’s not too clean. And at some point it took us 30-40 mins just to get down from our floor.

7 months agoOverall nice hotel. One of the older Sofitels and somewhat dated rooms. Foyer area very nice, yet pool dated. The hotel is ceasing operations 1 July 2024. I was told the main building was 50yrs old and didn’t meet new standards therefore closure! Staff were excellent - super friendly and helpful. Overall great one night stay

7 months agoHorrible experience, just sad that they will not go out with a bang. * No one assisting at South Parking for luggage. I had a Senior PWD companion, and no one helped. * Very noisy adjacent buildings, and the rooms are not soundproof. * Smelly swimming pool. * Booking confirmation not confirmed with the front desk by reservations. I had to show them the email offer. I almost double paid for the breakfast buffer of the companion of my mom. * Overpriced hotel food. * Bad view of the reclamation. They are closed by Jul. 1, 2024.
