a month agoWe were super happy with the hotel and so glad we have chosen to stay in this beautiful place. The kids absolutely loved the roof terrace pool, the adults too. The breakfast buffet was good, even though a lot of unhealthy food like marshmallows, puddings, chocolate fountain and sweet stuff. I live on a vegan diet, and for me food was quite limited, I had biryani and vegetable curry, this was more or less everything I could eat fruit and plain bread with jam. .. however, I would absolutely recommend this place, super centrally located, very clean, all stuff so friendly, and an absolutely spectacular pool with a beautiful restaurant with stunning views over the city .

4 months agoNice stay. Hotel location is good and has a nice view. Good room in terms of size, cleanliness and facilities. Just notice some noise from the other guests, and the reception always crowded. Friendly and nice staff and good service. Reasonable price. The hotel offer delicious food and nice drinks with good prices through its restaurant on the rooftop 32 floor. Swimming pool also located there. I really recommend.

a month agoThe best place to stay especially with a big group. The facilities are great even the breakfast is excellent however the front desk staff must be oriented about discrimination, we are bringing guest to your place and they even assisted them during the check in process yet they were so hesitant when we asked for assistance about our guest. It only shows that you don't trust us Filipinos. You must have undergone DOT's Filipino Brand of Service Excellence training workshop so you'll be more reminded and educated on how to handle customer service properly.

a week agoHad an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were some of the most wonderful and professional people we’ve encountered and definitely set the bar for my partner on his first time in the Philippines (David sends his thanks for the room service people who cut his fruit all the time 🤣). Would definitely stay here again when we come back next year. Thank you very much to everyone who made our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. Shoutout to the doormen who always come to help me with the elevator whenever I have my hands full of food. Thank you mga kuya!

2 months agoIt was really nice staying in the hotel! The night view was really great on the roof top, and the restaurant and the bar too! The massage in the hotel was pretty nice too, and the employees of the hotel, they were so kind and nice, and hard working! Especially Leo and Joey! They made my travel in manila really special! They even recommended me bars to go and what to be careful when I go outside! I will visit this hotel soon bcs of the reasons up there!
