I think it is a good attempt to have a lounge in T3. I can see it is busy. People come here for food , shower and sleep. There are different services at different prices. I would say the facilities are a bit dirty and the food is of little variety. In order to make things convenient they provide only plastic utensils. I find it very wasteful. Overall it is a one of a kind thing in this airport. It provides a rest place for those who transit for this airport with lots of people but few facilities. The registration is kind of slow.

my first experience in an airport lounge. after a tiring night flight. i had a great sleep in the capsule room. woke up, took a shower and had a buffet. everything was perfect. after i checked out, it was about 6 hours until my next flight. i left my luggage there for 250 pesos for 4 hours with the luggage storage service. i walked out of the airport with no worries and explored downtown manila

Better than sleeping at the floor. Surprise: T3 has a lounge/short stay "hotel". We used the chairs/ lays... Very overpriced. As a couple we paid 2200 pesos, shower additional 300 pesos each ( but I would not use the shower, doesn't look inviting or hygienically). Lounge chair sleeps are divided in 4 (?) rooms, so only 4 or 5 lays per room. Could be very silent, but the local cheap hose Aircon was very loud. But better this way, because the rooms w/o additional Aircon are a bit hot. Food is below average Philippines food, milk is warm, only powder drinks. But the place is inside the Airport, very useful for a bit long transfers. Price is good for 7.5 hours. If you are a couple or more, or have longer time to wait, you can just walk to the Newport hotels and rent a real room for 3 or 4 k. Update: the double "room" has nothing in add one. Same group toilet, same "public pool style" shower. And a Philippine style 2 storey bed with 1.60 length... Yes. Length. Not width. Impossible to stretch you leg if you are "giant size" like most foreigners.

Trying to make the best of it. I guess if you're desperate, it's a place to rest your head. Don't expect much in terms of food or quality. Better to use the toilets outside of the lounge. 1,100 for a lounge chair, slightly more for a nap room.

Great place to lay your head for a few hours. They ran out of Capsule Rooms(book early), so I settled for a Lounge Seat. Will be back every time I'm in Manila.
