3 weeks agoI stayed in an AirBNB here for a few weeks, and the AirBNB was awesome, but the building is horrible. There were many condos under renovation on the floor I was on, and the workers would leave the doors on those condos open at night, along with the windows in the units and the hallway. The doors would slam in the middle of the night, waking me up from a deep sleep. I lost money on the AirBNB as I had to move to a regular hotel due to the noise in the building. The elevators are another issue. The buttons for the floors would work sometimes, and at other times, I had to go to the floor above or below and take the stairs to get to the floor I stayed on. The elevators also take a long time to move. Sometimes, waiting for an elevator was 10-15 minutes because only one or two of the four were in service at the time. Also, during the construction, cockroaches of the large and small size were always in the hallway. If you are looking for a condo in the Quezon City area, avoid this place, as the quality is horrible and the building management does not care about the building.

3 years agoIf you plan to buy this property, please know that you are getting a BARE unit; meaning it has no paint, no tiles, no lighting, just bare space. This is good if you want to fix the interior from scratch, but not suitable if you want to move in or what they say as "ready for occupancy." The Sports Club in this building is not part of the residential complex. It's an entirely different facility with a separate annual membership fee (depending on what facilities you wish to avail) and monthly dues. The residential complex, however, have its own gym, swimming pool and playing area. This also means that you also have to pay its monthly association dues, similar to all condo units. Overall, if you want a place with good facilities for your sporty and active lifestyle, this is the place for you. However, you must also consider spending a substantial amount of cash to avail of its amenities and facilities.

a month agoTerrible pest problem, elevators are slow, and the hallways are scary. Hallway lights flicker and don't get fixed promptly. The garbage disposal system here is terrible. That's why there are so many tiny roaches even on the higher floors.

3 months agoAt 2kish per night would not expect any higher value for money but: 1. The main lobby’s wood sculpture stills the show 2. Staff lacks some energy, requested for some room service, none came. 3. For such a tall building, only 2 elevators and no service elevators, queues to the main lobby 9F may take 15 mins on non busy days 4. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming not recommend 5. Lights behind the bed was just placed without any cover, wires are exposed 6. The bed and matrsses are not clean enough, other cheaper motels or hotels have better ones.

a year agoSome areas are still under construction so some parts of the building are not pleasing to the eyes. The rooms are not spacious enough and there's water interruption when we went there so it's kind of an inconvenience. The pool on the 10th floor is pretty decent with an overlooking view of the city (the view is really nice especially during nighttime). The restrooms in the pool area are smelly when we're there but it's probably because of the water interruption.
