Room The main reason I booked this hotel was because the pictures online looked amazing. However, when I arrived, the room I got was nothing like the photos—it had an outdated appearance. The pictures made the hotel look upscale and fancy, but in person, it felt more like a 2-star room. Very disappointing. Service The staff were the highlight of the stay. Everyone, from the cleaners to the service crew, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. In fact, they were more approachable and accommodating than the receptionists. Great service overall. Common Areas The lobby was another letdown. It appeared much larger and more luxurious in the photos, but in reality, it was smaller and more compact. Reception The receptionist we dealt with didn’t provide clear directions to our suite. She simply pointed to the elevator, which seemed straightforward, but it wasn’t. The hotel has a two-elevator system that’s disconnected, making it confusing to navigate. Thankfully, one of the cleaners stepped in and kindly showed us the way. Overall This hotel doesn’t feel like a 4-star establishment—it’s more like a 3-star experience at best. While the service staff were exceptional, the discrepancies between the marketing photos and the actual experience were too significant to ignore.

The location feels like the only good point of this hotel honestly, one of our rooms were missing amenities and the wallpaper looks like it’s about to peel off. Not to mention the very low lighting, feels like I’m going to be haunted for one night. We also tried to get room service and scheduled it at a specific time, only for us to get it a whole hour after the scheduled time. We called multiple times regarding the schedule only for the same excuse to be met. It’s crazy to see this kind of quality service be reflected in 2024. The staff seemed quite condescending about the matter as well. I wouldn’t even say the breakfast buffet is worth it

This hotel seems dated, doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The room didn't have any towels when we came in. I had to call 3 or 4 times to follow up. When they finally gave us towels they didn't take into account the extra person that I paid for so I had to call again. I also asked for extra water bottles but the room service was reluctant, he said there was already water in the room. I told him it wasn't enough because we were really thirsty at the time, if I had known water was hard to come by in this hotel, I should've bought some from the 7 11 downstairs.. The reviews about the hotel confusing is true. If it's your first time in this hotel, coming from the parking to the lobby or to your room would be hard. There's not enough signage to lead you to where you want to go. The only saving grace for this hotel is the location because it's close to the venue of the event we wanna go to, otherwise I might not stay here again if better accommodations are available.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The central location (near SM MOA, SMX, and the airport made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Breakfast was fresh and offered a variety of options. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

The room is very spacious, but you can here chairs dragging on the room above you. The swimming pool is quite small and has no shade to stay in case of rain. Breakfast buffet is not good, there are only few food choices. It cant accomodate all guest during rush hours.
