The room is clean. It looks good but you can def notice that the hotel is quite old. Overall, it’s a good hotel. Good location too. Staffs are kind and accommodating. Stayed here for work.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was small from outside but big enough space for the rooms. The receptionist & all the people working were all good. Very helpful & caring. The best was the breakfast buffet. They served different dishes varieties every day. That's why I'm giving all 5 stars ratings, but that was 10 years ago. I happened to see the reviews this time & I felt sad because we wanted to come back, but having second thoughts now.

I had somewhat of a lovely stay at this hotel. The workers were very nice, the location was close by to Intramurus, Ocean Park, Rizal Park, and many more. The downside that I had staying here was that there was no warm/hot shower. You will be showering in cold water. Also, wifi was kind of tricky. The connection was on and off. The room was nice and spacious. Older style hotel so the floors do creek when you walk. Breakfast buffet was great as well.

TERRIBLE everything. There was always something wrong with every facility in the hotel. There was no hot water in the showers, no internet for half the day most days, the gym had half the machines “under maintenance”, the pool was dirtier than your local sewage and even though we were moved rooms they all had dirty sheets. I don’t know who they had to bribe to get a 4 star hotel rating but this hotel is definitely not worth the price. The receptionists were useless whenever a problem came up and knew nothing at all. Actually could be replaced by a self check out kiosk, they bring nothing to this garbage dump.

First and last on this hotel. Parking is too small and looks like a bodega. One key door is only allowed so if one of your companions is not around you need to call the receptionist for assistance to open the door. No complimentary tea and complimentary coffee taste not good. Upon check-in the double lock was broken and called engineering staff to fix it. Wifi/internet is too slow and on and off. The TV is too small and reception is not clear. Pool is not good also because the chairs and tables are too old and if you are going to swim there's a lot of men on the construction site surrounding the hotel. No TV at the Gym and some equipment is not working. It was too dark at night to walk and a lot of people were on the street close to the hotel. A lot of dogs are also on the street. Features of the hotel online are very different from the actual features of the hotel. Lastly, they have a father's day promo on their website inclusive of breakfast, but ours they said is not included but our room rate is based on the promo. Receptionist did not respond or called me, I am waiting for their explanation but no response. I wanted to check out and transfer to another hotel but we are so tired and we have a lot of luggage. Hand sanitizer at the elevator has been empty since day 1 This hotel is not recommended and NEVER AGAIN!!!! This should not be a 4 star hotel but rather a 2 STAR only
