2 weeks agoI rarely rate hotels, but I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience at what was supposed to be a 4-star hotel. From the start, things went downhill with a broken phone line in our room that was never fixed despite multiple requests. It quickly turned into a hassle as I had to run back and forth between rooms just to communicate simple requests. To add to our frustration, our room wasn't cleaned on the second day of our stay. After an hour of waiting for housekeeping, I followed up only to find they'd forgotten about us entirely. Even after going down to the front desk at night for basic services like trash collection and towel replacement, we were left with an unkempt space; they didn’t even sweep the floor! This experience turned what should have been a joyful Christmas celebration into an absolute nightmare—truly unacceptable service that didn’t match even half of what was promised.

a month agoStreet to hotel in horrible shape. Hotel needs more updating. Floating floors in rooms are too loose and noisy. Bed is uncomfortable. Wifi is horrible so if you need stable wifi do not stay here. Front desk not as friendly or accommodating as most other hotels in area. It is a good overall value and good location and can be great with more updating and employee training.

4 months agoMy family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was small from outside but big enough space for the rooms. The receptionist & all the people working were all good. Very helpful & caring. The best was the breakfast buffet. They served different dishes varieties every day. That's why I'm giving all 5 stars ratings, but that was 10 years ago. I happened to see the reviews this time & I felt sad because we wanted to come back, but having second thoughts now.

3 months agoI had somewhat of a lovely stay at this hotel. The workers were very nice, the location was close by to Intramurus, Ocean Park, Rizal Park, and many more. The downside that I had staying here was that there was no warm/hot shower. You will be showering in cold water. Also, wifi was kind of tricky. The connection was on and off. The room was nice and spacious. Older style hotel so the floors do creek when you walk. Breakfast buffet was great as well.

a month agoThe service of this hotel isn't well. The moment we arrived at the hotel I was informed that the room i booked will vary on the room available where in fact i have booked for a superior two queen size bed and specifically stated online that I paid for 2 queen size bed room. No enough PARKING for guest/s where stated in the we have 1 parking slot. We were directed to a pay parking infront of the hotel where you will pay 50 (first 3hrs) and 20 for succeeding per hour. The morning Front desk isn't that so pleasing so we decided to communicate on the booking app customer service if we can cancel the other night booking we have since The PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Wifi connections hmmmm use your personal data instead its faster that their wifi LOL NOT A PLACE TO BE RECOMMENDED. OUR FIRST AND LAST... And I have asked the Customer service on our ctrip app to remove this Hotel in our list to choose where to stay.
