I think we were passing by the dark road of Maria Orosa/ Luneta where the only thing prominently well lit is this photo bomber which is an eyesore to our national park's monuments.

The Torre de Manila stands as a ghastly testament to architectural ignorance and blatant disregard for historical significance. Rising like a festering sore amidst the majestic backdrop of Rizal Monument and Park, this monstrosity embodies everything wrong with urban development. Its design, if one could call it that, is a haphazard mishmash of uninspired concrete blocks, devoid of any aesthetic appeal. From afar, it looms like a grotesque sentinel, casting a pall of ugliness over the serene landscape that surrounds it. Its sheer presence is an affront to the memory of the national hero, Jose Rizal, whose monument it shamelessly obscures. But it's not just its visual assault on the skyline that condemns Torre de Manila; it's the callous disregard for public outcry and preservation of heritage. Despite widespread protests and legal battles, the developers forged ahead, driven by nothing but greed and hubris. In a city already grappling with congestion and pollution, Torre de Manila stands as a stark reminder of unchecked commercial interests trampling over the collective heritage and identity of a nation. It's a scar on the face of Manila, a blot on its history, and a testament to the powerlessness of its citizens in the face of unchecked development. Furthermore, one can't help but wonder about the unfortunate souls who choose to dwell within the walls of Torre de Manila. One can only imagine that such a residence, tainted by the stench of controversy and ill-will, must surely attract its own brand of bad luck or negative energy. It's as if the very building itself exudes an aura of misfortune, a grim reminder of the consequences of turning a blind eye to the cries of a community and the desecration of a national treasure. Truly, to reside within Torre de Manila is to invite upon oneself a curse of bad juju, a consequence of the hate and negativity it inspires.

We only rented an airbnb for an overnight stay but, compared to the other condos we've tried, this building has the best design where air flows freely through the hallways. The ground floor is open air for kids to play and adults to lounge around in. Basement parking is well-lit and spacious. From the condo unit, we got a scenic view of Manila bay, Luneta park and Intramuros.

My friend rented it at 2315 room. There is a female owner, is 95 born, very greedy, looking for a variety of reasons, not to introduce the client's agent salary, not to refund the tenant's 30,000 deposit. A client is a half-year contract that was originally witnessed by an intermediary under which the client made a payment of 120 thousand pesos. Intermediary should have half a month honorarium, by this woman to greed. After the contract expired, the woman did not collect the house in time, and after the tenant left, she replaced the floor in the name of autonomy, but added the cleaning fee for cleaning up the construction waste to the tenant's fee. Six full months, this woman is asking for seven months of Internet fees. There are less than four or five days left in the beginning of the month, but we have to collect more than four thousand pesos of water and electricity bills for the whole month. This woman's name is JANINE ARQUIZA. If you rent a house in this beautiful district, most of them are good people, including property security guards, but please choose carefully and avoid bad women.
